Soko Boost acts as a facilitator connecting users with partners for:
- Loans
- Grants
- Shared resources (machines, services, or workspaces)
We are not a lender, grantor, or service provider ourselves.
2. Eligibility
- Users must provide accurate and complete information in all submissions.
- You confirm you have the right to submit information on behalf of your business or organization.
2a. Age Requirement
- By using Soko Boost and submitting an Expression of Interest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- If you are under 18, you may only submit information with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Soko Boost reserves the right to delete submissions or deny access if this requirement is not met.
3. Expression of Interest (EoI)
- Submitting an EoI does not guarantee funding, grants, or access to shared resources.
- All decisions are made by our partners.
- Soko Boost cannot be held responsible for the outcome of your application.
4. Prohibited Use
When using Soko Boost, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access data or areas that do not belong to you
5. Limitation of Liability
- All services and opportunities on Soko Boost are provided “as is”.
- Soko Boost is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or interactions with our partners.
